Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the jewellery in its original Alighieri box and pouch, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Dispatch
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
